Description
This course gives educators a chance to consider their own ideas about supervision and see the contributions paraeducators and other adults can make to childrens education. Participants will also have an opportunity to create a plan for training and working effectively with the paraeducators. In addition, this course will discuss classroom supervision in general terms and identify the implications that differences in style have for effective communication.
