On this site, you'll find more information about the provincial government in PEI. By clicking on the blue links on this page, you can find out information such as what departments make up the provincial government, who the lieutenant-governor is, and much more.

PEI Premiers Gallery

Visit the PEI Premiers Gallery to learn about the people who have been the leader of the provincial government. Read their biographies to find out what they did before entering political life, and what they accomplished during the time they were premier.

1. Go to the PEI Premiers Gallery. 2. Choose four premiers from the twentieth century. Click on the name of each     premier to read a brief biography about that premier. 3. Gather information about the premiers you chose, including their political     party, time in office, and accomplishments. Click here to download a     worksheet on which to record your information. 4. Choose one of the premiers whose biography you read. Use information from     the site to create a brief oral presentation about that premier. Be sure to use     your own words to tell about that premier. When planning your presentation,     use headings to help you organize your information.
